Acerca de Celeste
I enjoy working with human beings and helping them to be the best version of themselves. I have a calm empathetic character and a lot of patience. I grew up doing Yoga and Qi Gong and modern dance. I have worked with teenagers with mental health problems and women in vulnerable situations. Movement and community is so important for our mental health and physical well-being. If we are aligned physically, spiritually and emotionally we get to be the best version of ourselves and shine our light.

My classes are focused on wellness and your physical and mental well-being. The pandemic has caused a reset in the way we view stress and we are now more aware than ever that we need activities to bring down our stress levels. The surroundings are very “Yang” focused, achievements and success. There is a lot of pressure. So the classes are designed to do the opposite. To help you feel well in your own skin and connect with your surroundings. The movements stimulate the vagus nerve and reset our nervous system. This can help if you suffer from constant stress or if you have health problems that need additional attention. Most of my students say they feel very relaxed by the end of the class and are more focused and mindful in their everyday life.

She has such amazing energy, so calming and helped me to center myself every time. She never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with and was always such a beam of light. She is an amazing teacher and always taught me something new every class!
