Acerca de Marcela
My name is Marcela Orozco and at the moment I am teaching Spanish to foreigners in Italki. I am a native Spanish teacher with a degree in foreign languages where I studied English and French with extensive experience in the aforementioned languages. I am currently living in Colombia, specifically in Carmen de Viboral, Antioquia, a place with a lot of cultural diversity. As a person, I consider myself very friendly. Some of my hobbies are: I like to travel, to know places and new people. I also love walking in the middle of nature and I love teaching my classes to adults. As a teacher, I am patient, funny, creative, and responsible. I always provide a comfortable environment to my students by offering them various methodologies focused on their needs to make their learning enjoyable and above all fun. I have been teaching for the last 4 years.

I hate traditional methodologies, that's why the best definition for my classes is "learning by doing" since the more you enjoy what you do, the better the result will be. I also like to challenge my students and I always try to give fun, different classes with methodologies that are focused on practice relating the topics learned. I believe giving students real context helps them to have a better memory and relate the topics seen in the classes. Don't wait/let's do it together.
