I start meditating 15 years ago when i was living in India. Mostly I practiced vipassana meditation and Osho dynamic meditations.
I became yoga and meditation teacher10 years ago. Also completed kundalini yoga course.
I been including small meditations in my yoga classes and now started with online meditation classes.
